Consider requesting additional soundproofing options if you're sensitive to noise, especially if events are happening outside your room.

Where it excels and where it fails
Exceptional breakfast staff like Camille and Suman elevated our visit with delightful experiences. The vibrant location offers stunning harbor beaches alongside a fantastic buffet selection, including vegan options and Mumm champagne.
Reservations were sometimes slow for a five-star establishment, and room service could be improved, as it took longer than expected for food and drinks to arrive, negatively impacting the experience.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! It was a 15-minute walk to the stunning Murray Rose Pool, a perfect spot for relaxing. The rooftop pool was great too. Overall, excellent service and a beautiful area with tons of nearby cafes and restaurants. Don't miss out on the complimentary breakfast!
One downside was that we weren't informed about the complimentary breakfast during check-in. we only found out when checking out.

The location was fantastic, with many shops and eateries nearby, making it convenient for everything we needed during our stay. The room was spacious and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast options and especially enjoyed making my own green juice. However, the parking fees were quite steep, and the cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement, as I noticed dirty areas in common spaces.
